Before working with us, Ms. Business needed to create a high-touch brand experience at Invest Fest to boost visibility and credibility, convert event attendees into long-term customers for her tax strategy and financial programs, implement a seamless follow-up funnel to nurture leads post-event and drive sales, and position herself as the go-to tax expert through interactive digital experiences. To address these challenges, we built a full-funnel strategy, connecting the Invest Fest activation to a post-event webinar and challenge series, ensuring that every touchpoint effectively converted engaged audiences into paying clients.

SOLUTION

At Invest Fest, we designed a high-energy, interactive booth experience to attract and engage attendees, incorporating branded social media moments for organic visibility and on-site financial Q&A sessions to position Ms. Business as an authority. To capture high-quality leads, we offered early access to her upcoming programs and implemented a digital follow-up strategy featuring a webinar and multi-day challenge series that educated participants on tax savings and wealth strategies, driving high-ticket sales conversions. We built a high-converting email and text funnel to nurture leads from interest to purchase, while optimizing data collection from Invest Fest attendees to strengthen the follow-up pipeline. Additionally, we leveraged event footage and testimonials for a high-performing retargeting campaign and tracked engagement, conversions, and revenue impact at every stage to maximize results.
